Of course, I was uncertain, concerned, even worried.  After 40+ years of smoking, hypnotherapy was going to be my last resort, having failed with the patch, and cold turkey.  But I had a good friend my age who stopped in her 20’s because of success with hypnosis.  So, I was cautiously optimistic when Dr. Wei began her session.  The simple fact is that it went extremely very well.  The reason: Dr. Wei did not use my time to follow a cookie-cutter one-method-works-for-everyone set of instructions.  Instead, everything was tailor-made to my own personality and needs.  Now, even though it is still only two weeks after my session, the immediate results have been extremely promising, entailing no great effort on my part.  I am very optimistic that Dr. Wei’s work with me will produce permanent positive results, and I will happily remain a non-smoker for the rest of my life.
